    We, the project team, commit to develop and maintain an environment of trust, fairness, and open communication. The project goals are a commitment to quality, safety, schedule and budget, that will result in a completed project that is successful, and a source of pride for all.     Project Goals:

  • No lost time accidents.
  • Maintain and communicate the planned work schedule and complete the     Project by Thanksgiving 1997.
  • Complete a quality project, meeting the Plans & Specs with no re-work;     get it right the first time.
  • Meet everyone's budgets, including prompt payment, by all voting "Y".
  • Maintain or enhance environmental quality of the canyon and its uses.
  • Prompt and fair resolution of all issues, no unresolved issues.
