    diamond fork pipeline project summary
The Diamond Fork Pipeline and Road Rehabilitation Project is located in Utah County, Utah. The construction site extends approximately 7.2 miles up from the mouth of Diamond Fork Canyon and is accessed from US Hwy #6 in Spanish Fork Canyon.

The project consists of construction of approximately 7.2 miles of 96" diameter welded steel pipe from the Monks Hollow area to the confluence of Diamond Fork Creek and the Spanish Fork River; and reconstruction of the existing Diamond Fork Road along the pipeline alignment.

The Strawberry Tunnel was constructed as part of the Strawberry Valley Project and has historically been used to deliver SVP water to the Bonneville Basin. Syar Tunnel and Sixth Water Aqueduct are currently used for the transbasin diversion of SVP water from Strawberry Reservoir. The use of Strawberry Tunnel is limited to releases for streamflow maintenance except that irrigation water may be conveyed under special circumstances.
