90% Draft Feasibility Studies will be accepted until:	First week of May	May 6, 2005
Final Feasibility Studies will be accepted until:	End of June	June 30, 2005
*NEPA compliance must be complete by:	End of July	July 29, 2005
Establish/update Active Inventory: All projects previously placed in the Active Inventory will be considered for funding during the current year.	First Week of August	August 1, 2005
Project Prioritization Meeting:	Mid August	TBA
Public Meeting:	Mid September	TBA
Public comment period (30 days):	Mid September to Mid October	TBA
CUWCD Board Approval of Project Ranking/Funding Recommendations	October board meeting	TBA
Submit Credit Program Annual Report to the Secretary of the Interior	On or before December 31	December 31, 2005

NOTES:
* NEPA Compliance must be completed by the end of July if a Categorical Exclusion is deemed acceptable. If the project requires an EA or EIS, funding will be contingent on the acceptance the EA/EIS. The project may still be eligible for ranking and funding considerations during that same yearly cycle.

Applicants with projects not being considered for the curret year Active Inventory may submit Applications, Feasibility Studies, and NEPA compliance documentation at any time.
